Wanted to buy a dishwasher including delivery / installation there. I found the advice very good, the boss + his colleague super nice. My phone number was noted and they wanted to contact me for delivery / coordination. Nothing happens. So I went back to the store, where it turned out that the note with my number had been mislaid. It can happen. All over again. Notes were then posted directly to the PC so that nothing slipped through again. Still, no call again. Conclusion: If you don't want to sell, you can say so directly. It has now cost me several weeks, I could have ordered elsewhere.
