We wanted to have the most necessary repairs carried out on an older clarinet that is only used as a replacement instrument. Unfortunately, this was rejected on the grounds that there was no guarantee that the instrument would then function properly. Despite the renewed indication that it is just a replacement instrument that does not have to work perfectly, the repair was refused. Rationale: We have a reputation to keep. Result: The reputation was preserved, but a customer was lost ..... Obviously the customer is not king here!

Many thanks to the whole team for the many years of care and maintenance of our instruments. I think it is not a matter of course that one is given such pleasant, competent and comprehensive advice. The workshop is not only a question of quick repairs for customers. It is also visible and a look behind the scenes is always fun.
