I ordered a children's room from Franken Möbel through another dealer and it was an absolute disaster. Torn components, wrong or faulty fittings, promised improvements that did not come (despite repeated warnings from the dealer) and in the end the dealer had to step in and give me the parts from another package so that I could finally set up the room. Start of work 3 months before the birth, completion was 2 days after the birth. All the stress and that while you are actually looking forward to your child is really not worth buying furniture from this manufacturer again.
Nice, solid, illuminated 116kg sideboard delivered assembled in one piece. The look is even more massive than the actual construction.

I bought a seating group from 3S through another dealer (XXXLutz). Basically a beautiful and massive seating area. However, the processing / preparatory work was very sloppy. 1. Complaint concerned a bench because of loose screws. Apparently the holes for the attached screws were too big. Instead of sending new and larger screws, the feet were replaced -> originally the whole bench was supposed to be replaced. This complaint dragged on for months. After receiving it, I noticed paint defects on the iron parts. Badly painted anyway. So next complaint (2nd). The new holders for the backrest are now there ... and what can I say. All of them have been sent to me seriously used and also with paint defects. That is a FREEDOM at the prices that are called for the 3S furniture. In the meantime, at my wife's insistence, I've given it up. I won't do anything else here. I only know one thing ... never more furniture from XXXLutz and definitely not from 3S.
In the meantime, the delivery date for the ordered goods has been postponed for the third time, I prefer to look at reputable dealers!
After six years the running track on a chest of drawers was defective and we were sent a new track free of charge and immediately. Super Service!
