Emergency room is an absolute disaster. If you are not a private patient, you really wait several hours until it is your turn. I used to only go here because of my place of residence, but there are much better hospitals in Koblenz. I experienced nice, but also just as unfriendly staff, which I will never understand. If you work in a hospital, you should always be friendly because this is about helping people. Of course you also give unfriendly patients and you don't have to put up with anything, but in a hospital-based profession you have to have a certain basic friendliness.

A big thank you to the entire team at Station 3 !!! Super nice and very competent. Contrary to some opinions here, the food is very tasty and you will definitely be full!

Food is really modest but the staff is really great ..... !!!!!

The hospital is the very last one !!! I was informed today that I could pick up my father at 2:30 p.m. The staff on the phone was very rude. I was told to wait for the letter. After about 3 hours waiting in front of the door in the heat, an employee at the door was so nice and let me go to the drinks machine with the remark that I should go out immediately otherwise he would call the police ridiculously. At 7:00 p.m. they let my father out and said the letter could also be sent. Something like that shouldn't be a man who is 81 years old and then held heart-sick. And I would have to wait almost 5 hours at the door. So you can't get me into this hospital.
