Orthopedic staff and doctors are very friendly and competent. The practice management, however, is underground. You generally wait 1 to 2 hours even with an appointment. Patients who just come in without an appointment and do enough circus are treated and served immediately. This is a cheek towards other patients, if all patients would do that, all hell would break loose in practice. The ladies at the termination are rather unfriendly and they don't care about emergencies at all. Appointments are stubbornly assigned after the next free appointment. Thus, even with severe pain, you can either wait for weeks or go somewhere else.

I've been to the Cim quite often because of various illnesses. Above all, the orthopedists are great. I was always given the best possible help.

Hand surgery (carpal tunnel syndrome) of my almost 83 year old mother went great. Very friendly and caring care in the recovery room. Thank you very much, dear team!

Impossible, after briefly describing my symptoms, only the sentence "call the emergency doctor" came up and then the phone was hung up.
