Without letting me finish, the young man answered with an arrogant tone that I should come back after Christmas because they are currently not accepting battery changes, although that was not even my concern. I will definitely not go to the Christ in the forum anymore!

Obviously, this store doesn't need any customers or sales. When we entered the store this afternoon, we were not properly greeted or offered advice, although there were no other customers in the store and we clearly needed help / advice. However, the employee was busy leaning against the display case as casually as possible, which probably cannot stand on its own without him. Certainly difficult to buy something in the store if one is ignored and can put the watch on for testing purposes. When we left the shop, we were not said goodbye, instead the employee went to the back of the shop as quickly as possible to sit on a chair there to occupy himself with his cell phone - that was probably more important than advising us and it looked like whether we were just annoying customers who kept him from the cell phone. Although we wanted to buy a watch here, we literally felt compelled to order it online. A real shame.

If I could give zero star, I would have given it. The staff are rude arrogant and not friendly at all. I won't recommend this shop to anyone. The one in the Löhr Center is 100 times better than this one. Never again.
