I think this jeweler is just great. With a lot of other Rolex concessionaires, you get processed quickly (in my experience) and you feel like you're annoying people. It's very different here. Time is taken for you, you are given competent advice and you feel good. Unfortunately I'm from Worms near Mannheim and Rolex and the concessionaires want to keep it regional as possible, which I understand, but I don't mind the way to jeweler Müller Carl Willy, because I feel in good hands there and I hope that I will continue to be there my watch jewelry can buy. As an example, I wanted the Datejust with a different face than it was there. They could have sold the watch to someone else without any problems, but they did the work and exchanged the face for me.
