On August 11th, 2020, I emailed the jeweler Schöne with a request for several watches. This request was answered in great detail by Mr. Alexander Schöne within a very short time. A visit to the shop was also suggested to experience the watches. On August 14th, 2020 I finally visited the local shop. Here Mrs. Opalla took care of my concern. Mrs. Opalla was very friendly and competent at all times. I was shown several watches and all of my questions were answered. There was no time pressure during the entire conversation. After a brief period of thought on my part, I returned to the shop and ordered the watch I wanted. In summary, I feel very well advised from the beginning to the order, the famous gut feeling also fits. I'm looking forward to picking up my new watch on site in the foreseeable future and I'm already sure that the pick-up will be just as friendly and competent as the advice.
