Honestly, we had better support in the middle of wedding fairs. The salesperson was upset from the moment we walked in because we didn't have an appointment. From that moment onwards, she complained of having to show more rings (as if this wasn't her job!) and that me and my boyfriend were speaking in a different language (we are both Brazilians, we speak Portuguese to each other) and therefore she couldn't understand what we spoke to each other. Never again!

Hello, We were there today to pick out wedding rings. We were advised very extensively and informed about all the advantages / disadvantages of various options. No question was left open! We never had the feeling that we were being pushed in certain directions. Found exactly what we were looking for. With the huge selection and options, this wasn't a problem either. In the end, the main reason for the direct purchase was the good advice given by the young lady. We would recommend this office without reservation :)

The wedding ring advice was very good. The staff are friendly and know their way around. I felt welcome from the start. All requests were met. When picking up the wedding rings, everything was also perfect. Making an appointment was quick and easy on the Internet. I had the feeling that the focus here was on the customer.
