Good products and a special selection. But when I asked the gentleman for confirmation of my ring size, he replied in a very unfriendly tone and asked if we would buy something. He would only do this if we bought something. There were no other customers in the store. We walked a couple of blocks and another jeweler was very helpful in measuring my ring size. We now know where we won't buy our jewelry.

We bought our engagement rings and wedding rings here and are super satisfied, great advice is very competent and friendly, a huge selection of wedding rings and engagement rings. The customer is definitely the focus, which is why we can recommend D&D Juwelier without reservation.

On our first visit, we felt we should buy straight away. At the second we were served by the boss himself. Which was definitely more symphonic. Apparently our configuration was no longer available. Perhaps it was because we could see that the "consultant" was overwhelmed by it. When we picked it up, we were given a ring box with two stickers from D&D. For the fact that it is about wedding rings and these do not only cost 1000 €, this was dismissed as succinct. There was also the feeling that we mainly bought. They tried to save by telling us if something is wrong we should come over. The warranty card / certificate was dated on the order date. This should be the pick-up date.
