Incredible shopping experience... the sales girl is nice, but the shop manager is extremely arrogant and unreasonable, I have bought a 260£ watch a few month ago but nobody told me that there is membership register and benefit. Today I bought a 66£ earring, and the sales girl asked me: do you have membership card, I said no, and asked a few questions about it. When I fill in the register form, my baby starts to crying, from this moment the sales girl was busy with other customers, and I have to talk with the arrogant manager, and the manager always short word answer, for example: when I asked: can I fill in the form at home and bring it back another day. She said with cold attitude: no. I asked I have bought an expensive watch a few month ago here, she said: no, from now. My baby crying more hardly and we can’t continue to talk here. We go back home and call their shop telephone and ask about the memebership card issue, another shop manager said: This is Swarovski rule that if the customer not ask about the membership card, the sales don’t tell. I feel more confused, first of all , this is a totally not a fair and clear deal in the world even in developing country, secondly, it is your staff ask me about the memebership card. This is also obey Swarovski rule? Then I ask about his colleague manager’s bad attitude,he just said: Shade! That means that is a pity in English. When we asked in phone, that is your feedback and solution? He said yes.. we asked the headquarters number , he said you can check it online by yourself. after half an hour , we called again and confirm his answer in last call and can we Recording the phone. he Said he can give us the feedback on next Monday. Different from last calls answer. I think i am in Germany a development country , I am shopping in a branding shop. But this is really incredible shopping rules and experience.

Great advice, very friendly and helpful

Can't recommend this store. Partly rude staff. There is no endeavor to satisfy the customer. We wanted to buy a ring for 100 € for my girlfriend and then we were just told that the size is not for trying on or there would be no other sizes. No more effort came. In the shop window, however, the ring was available in another size. This rating is for the unfriendly and not customer-oriented behavior.

The staff there is very unfriendly and is not exactly enthusiastic when you have a question. Were there for the second and definitely the last time. I have never seen anything so condescending in retail.

The older saleswoman is very rude and rude. Have never seen anything like it. I will avoid this business in the future.
