Staff was not motivated.

A very disappointing experience that I had to have in this shop. I came to exchange something and the lady on site said it wouldn't work because I didn't have 2 charms (which I bought but wanted to keep) with me. She said I would have to pay extra so that she could make the exchange or I should come in another time with the missing charms. Although I told her that I drove an extra 50 km, there was no accommodation, that in itself is a cheek. But now the really bold thing comes: when I came back again and had the charms there, the same person said that they could do the exchange, but I would have to pay extra. And she didn't care about the 2 charms. I told her why she put me off the last time and promised me that the exchange would work without additional payment if I came with the charms. The theory as to why you let customers pay extra is already incomprehensible to me, but then to assume that I misunderstood it, that's the cheek par excellence. I guess if you have to drive 50 km, you listen very carefully and save yourself driving around. And that the lady then wanted to make me understand that I would not understand her customer-unfriendly "logic", namely to pay more just because you want to trade something, I really have to think twice, whether it's the employees or them Customers come first. In the end, I didn't see any further discussion, the store employees didn't get a courteous reaction and they weren't friendly either.

I am pretty disappointed, wanted to order something and it doesn't work, although I called the 0800 number and gave me tips. With the payment it fails every time because I send an invoice and then it doesn't work.?!
