Super clean and quiet.

One among the best and oldest library in Koblenz. This library is having a vast variety of book collection. The atmosphere here is also too comfortable. One can sit and study in a peaceful environment. And can refer books for any field. Service is also soo good.

Great library, I spent a lot of time here when I was still going to school in Koblenz. Another good opportunity to learn together in a group.

Today on 12.09.2019 I went to 16 clock again in the library to use the Internet. One colleague was serving a female customer and another colleague ignored me and on request she stated that she can not help me. However, registering a customer for the Internet is relatively easy, but discriminating and ignoring your customers is not appropriate. Another colleague joined a little later, preferring to serve another customer. When asked why she does not serve me, she said she had not seen me, even though she had seen me standing in front of the reception. That's what I said, but you're wearing glasses, and that's what she just mentioned, certainly not now. Then came the chairman and said that I had insulted the employee and forbade me to use the Internet. Very bad customer service. This is not how you treat customers. Obviously, you can not distinguish a statement from an insult unfortunately. In the state library I will never go again, because with such unfriendly employees I will not surround myself. It may only be drunk mineral water in the library, but I would like to decide what I take drinks with me. The chairs in the library are quite uncomfortable. I prefer to go from now on to the friendly Indian in the internet cafe !!! Noble restraint is not recognized in the state library. Also other customers were treated rude.
