Schlüsseldienst Thiele

After my call, Mr. Thiele was on site about 30 minutes later. The work was carried out neatly, unfortunately the door could only be opened by drilling because the latch was broken inside and then wedged. The price was then agreed by telephone as previously. I thought about 200 € plus the spare part was fair. Would call here again next time.

We locked ourselves out on a Sunday. As discussed over the phone, Mr. Thiele was there after 30 minutes and opened the front door very quickly before we could see how he did it.

The fitter opened the window with special tools without damaging anything. According to the employee, the new front door would have been possible, but apparently only with a little more effort.

The only key emergency service still available after 11 p.m. In view of the prehistoric times and professional problem solving, the price is ok.

Mr. Thiele was on site after 20 minutes. Super friendly and very good job. We recommend.
