The employee Mr. Jürgen Siebenborn, was extremely unfriendly, insulting and tried to put the mistake of a wrongly addressed letter on me, the recipient. Although I have already picked up several letters with the same recipient address and name at the branch, he did not want to hand them over to me. In addition, I was also able to name the sender because I was already expecting the letter. Nevertheless, Mr. Siebenborn insisted on proof, which was impossible to prove due to the short addressing. Mr. Siebenborn does not deal well with customers and cannot communicate properly, so unfortunately he is completely unsuitable in his position. This damages the otherwise good reputation of DHL enormously.

Very good station. Very large and you can print out the parcel labels using the QR code directly at the station. The packing station is at the elevators, not directly at the platforms. It is very pleasant, you can send your packages in peace.

Get off the train, then take the elevator down, pick up the package and continue on the train. Very practical for me!
