I actually should have brought a package away now, then I remembered my last 2 visits and went to Hermes. Hard to beat when it comes to rudeness and disinterest. However, it was also about 1/2 year to year ago my last visit. But that left its mark.

Bad staff - reacts unfriendly and when you have questions the answer comes: "We don't need to discuss that" unacceptable and underground. How can you be so dissatisfied with yourself and transfer that to customers?

Never seen such bad staff before. Very unfriendly !! Were there yesterday to take two packages away. We stood outside next to the door and then the employee said very rude that we should go somewhere else. Are then in when the employee is in again, and then wanted to take our packages away, then he said in a loud voice that we should wait outside etc. Then we went back to the car and noticed how he laughed at us and shook his head. The man was a little older and wore a black T-shirt and had glasses.

I cannot judge whether it affects all employees, so far I have only met one who is quite unfriendly and has already given me wrong information. I feel transported back to the official post office of my childhood, the customer is a supplicant .... Opening times okay, parking spaces there and the proximity to the globe is practical
