I was invited to an interview. I applied for an apprenticeship as a social assistant. I emphasize social assistant. During this interview, of course, you should see how I would come across. When I arrived two things fell on you that bothered and unsettled me. I shouldn't be judged by the headmaster as I was told, no, I was talking to two people. There was also a time limit of 15 minutes. 15 minutes. Who can judge a person within 15 minutes whether they have what it takes to be a social assistant or a professional in the social field. And then came the last and greatest insolence that the school could give itself under the name of a saint. A meal teacher sat in front of me during the interview. How can a math teacher who has only been studying numbers all the time want to judge me? Conclusion: I was so nervous and insecure that I gave the answers that I had put in the first week before, not to ask. Where are the competent people? And why do I have to talk to two people at the same time? Clearly, 2nd opinions or assessments are better than one, but then please also from people who have dealt with this in more detail and do not only look at my documents during the interview (well, only the math teacher actually did this.
Thank you for this terrible first job interview in my life.
