I cannot imagine a better yoga course during pregnancy. It just did so well and was the highlight of every week! Patricia made the course varied and adapted it to our needs. Thank you so much!
The class with Patricia was really wonderful. A great yoga teacher with a really pleasant manner, so that I felt very comfortable there. The premises are centrally located, very clean and, especially at the moment, very well adjusted to Corona.
"Yoga with children" is a great opportunity to do sport despite or with a child. Since then, back and neck pain have been history. The nice trainer and the relaxed atmosphere complete it.
Highly recommended for expectant mothers :) Patricia does the yoga classes with a lot of devotion and mindfulness.
Wonderful yoga classes! The exercises are perfectly adapted to your own ability. The mom-and-child course is also highly recommended. I took the pregnant course until shortly before giving birth, together with the birth preparation course is highly recommended. Helps in mobility and emotional attachment to the baby.
Patricia is very professional and conveys calm.
