Sina is a great teacher, who manages to make the hours varied, so that no hour is like the other. She makes sure that all exercises are done correctly, so that you really learn the exercises correctly. She guides you safely and mindfully through the yoga unit. She manages to build a great mix of challenging and relaxing exercises - and is always in a good mood. Thank you for the nice hours with you!

Sina is an absolutely wonderful yoga teacher. I particularly like her gentle and natural style as well as her holistic style, which helps me to reflect on myself, to listen to myself and thus to achieve more unity between body, mind and soul.

Sina is a yoga teacher with love at the detail. She designs her lessons according to topics, loving and varied. Whether powerful or gentle, for everyone it will be the right mix. For all eventualities Sina has a solution. Then you just feel powerful and ready for the upcoming days. I have been here for a year. I do not want to miss it anymore.

Dear Sina, thank you for photographing Sensi Yoga's location for you. A gorgeous place to relax and that's not all !! You have to book a course with Sina and you will be really happy. There are delicious food and refreshing drinks. Sina is off the subject and takes you on a relaxed but also athletic journey. You just have to experience that.
