Good value for money Easy from the request to storage itself. Apartment was cleared in record time and stowed in the truck / box. Staff friendly and competent.

On the day the move was scheduled to take place, we received a call at noon that nobody would come! We were left sitting on our packed things and had to see for ourselves how we can now organize the collection and storage of our entire apartment in a different way. Absolutely unprofessional! The official number on the LagerHeld homepage only leads to one person who was no longer available three days before our move. The contact person wanted to communicate in advance with the private email address and the "order confirmation" was two informal sentences by email without the desired cost estimate. We explained this with startup processes and trusted the previous reviews. The company was once good. The managing director left the company towards the end of 2019 (research afterwards). You'd rather look for an ongoing, professional moving company.

Super nice people, everything was perfect, you can only recommend !!! Under the direction of Andreas everything went well. I had a water damage in my house and stored my household goods completely at LagerHeld for a period of almost two months. I did not need to worry about anything, my household goods were completely packed and delivered to me again intact. Again and again, thank you Andreas with your team!
