DO NOT USE THEM Moving to Bulgaria was going to take around 5 days ended up being 3 weeks, they take zero responsibility, blame it on the BG side, but they can't even spell my name or new address correctly: More delay. AVOID LIKE THE PROVERBIAL PLAGUE!

The organizing of my relocation from Hungary to Germany was handled with complete proficiency by AGS Froesch. They always maintained contact with me and notified when it was necessary for me. They were open to answer all my questions and also to meet my fast-paced changing demands with the delivery date. The delivery gentlemen were also really helpful, friendly and kind during packing out. All my belongings were packed safely and arrived without any harm to them. So in overall I´m glad that they handled my relocation. Thanks for your huge help!

Great communication between Froesch's central team and us ( client). Energetic, polite and hard working delivery team who helped to unpack the container very fast.

I had a terrible experience with them when relocating from Munich, Germany to Cyprus, which involved very friendly assistance until the actual moving contract was signed and the first half of the money paid, followed by no help or assistance whatsoever, many unexpected extra charges (and even some level of blackmailing for me to pay those extra charges or else they would not deliver my goods), and refusal from the insurance to pay anything more than 50% what I was entitled. I would not recommend Froesch to anybody! Dreadful! Buyer beware.

With over 30 years of my life dedicated to military/government service and moving every 3-5 years, this company topped my list of moving companies. If only i could hire them again. I surely would.
