I'm rating the travel agency based on two trips this year. I had deliberately booked the second trip with the contact I already knew from the first consultation. Especially because of the very professional, customer-oriented processing. We found the advice, including a trip abroad with a rental car, to be excellent. Both very competent, sensibly structured, pleasantly confident and exemplary friendly. Keyword insurance: Another travel agency, where we had booked several times in advance, was unfortunately completely overwhelmed. At the ADAC in Koblenz, on the other hand, it went great! We experienced everything as stated in the advice. We had wonderful impressions. After the tour ended, there was even a question. It doesn't get any better. We can recommend the ADAC travel agency in Koblenz.
