Bus comes late for half an hour very often, or leaves early without stopping!!!!!!!!

Tried to call for 90 minutes, nothing happens except the announcement! The service center is said to be open! Supposedly all employees in a customer conversation! Customer friendly is different! If you had worked the same way for the price increase, the trips would have cost 50 cents! Quality management fails on a very large scale, or there is no interest in satisfied customers!

Fully blocked, a bus that could turn before the accident, one behind it, in the opposite direction. Question from the police "can you turn around? It will take longer. We cannot go on here". Both buses could turn and swap passengers, but nobody comes up with the idea. Would be too easy. Instead, they wait. Mind. 50 minutes and we're still no further.
