Once and never again! Misdiagnosis. Despite my information that my dog ​​probably has pain in the area of ​​the snout, this area was only examined briefly. I had the feeling that she didn't really take me seriously. I told her that my dog ​​hardly drinks and eats anymore. Your answer: A lot has to happen before a dog dies of thirst. Then she injected cortisone, measured a fever and I got a bill for over € 70. I was very skeptical because I know my dog ​​and went straight to the next vet when I got home. He was shocked and said that something so obvious shouldn't happen .. So my dog ​​ran around for 3 days with a splintered piece of wood between his molars. This inflamed even worse thanks to the misdiagnosis. Not recommendable!

My experience with the veterinary practice: Here people like to go the extra mile for the well-being of the pet. Problem-free and uncomplicated advice, friendly and competent employees and always keeping an eye on the health and well-being of the animal. I am very stunned.

I have seen animals for a long time and therefore some vets. The experience in this practice is second to none. First of all, I got an appointment very quickly, on the same day, and communication on the phone was very friendly and competent. The reception by the medical assistants was also the same. Ms. Nüßlein's handling of the animals is very loving and no matter how busy the practice is, it takes time for treatment and advice. The practice is small, but comfortable and, above all, clean. I noticed in passing how touching a cat in need was cared for, whose owner was in the hospital. I have never had such positive experiences before! I will definitely stay there with my 3 animals.
