I would like to give 0 stars. Called on the holiday because my kitten was sleepy all day and started shaking and cramping after a few bites of food. The breathing was very fast and it didn't make a good impression on me. On the phone I was allowed to listen to "The little one must only have a stomachache, I should make a chamomile tea". But I went to the veterinary clinic because I was uneasy about it. 41.2 degrees fever. The little one almost hopped me. Even tea wouldn't have helped! I can understand that emergency service is not for everyone (I am in the administration of a clinic in Hesse and I know that NOBODY is interested in emergency service), but if you get such a detailed statement on the phone, you should at least look at it. No matter if human or animal. Especially with animals, because animals cannot speak, a specialist medical opinion would have been very important!
