In order to comment on your review at least briefly, allow me a few words: The costs of the service you requested were clearly communicated to you in advance. So if you hire an IT service provider with an hourly rate of 80, - € / net and this informs you of a detailed effort estimate BEFORE commissioning and you then voluntarily and as a "former IT specialist", you should not place your order in the Leave out publicly about the high costs and complain, because that is not a good style and is infantile and does not fit a "former IT specialist" at all. Too bad Mr. Saur.
