For offers, this company is lightning fast. When it comes to telephone problems, workers become rude and take their time. After their "highest priority", our company is now sitting for 3 days without a telephone connection and we are only comforted.

Were customer of this company with our craftsman program Top Kontor. Until the company Hecom umstruktuierte the support. Unfortunately in the wrong direction. Requests will be processed days later, if at all. It will be issued tickets that are not to be respected. A confirmation of a termination is not sent to repeated requests. On email is not responding. Was good for a long time. Now deficient.

We bought and installed a Starface IP PBX in January 2018. Unfortunately, the technician of this company had little idea. The telephone system was installed leisurely. The installation took almost 2 days. Fax did not work at the beginning. Only when a Grandstream gateway for the fax machines, which was purchased by myself, was installed on my intervention, the fax was easily possible. This was recommended in relevant foreface panels. Therefore only 3 stars.
