Unfortunately in retrospect unsatisfactory performance. The outlook for success and earnings are diametrically opposed. Mr. Schmidt has greatly reduced during the thing that I had entrusted to him. Apparently, he already thought he was retired and I was in uncertainty, even though he had taken over my mandate and thus a legal obligation. No drive, no bite, no competence and sense of responsibility. Conclusion: a waste of time!
