We have been booking with this travel agency for years and are very satisfied. In the case of questions and alternative vacations or airlines and flights, our requests were always addressed and offered accordingly. The travel agency team is very nice and competent. We can only recommend the team.

unprofessional, incompetent & unfriendly !! And on top of that, customers are judged by their appearance! absolute no go! expects to be considerate because of coronavirus, although the state has provided aid packages for companies and the travel agency itself, however, did not take into account private individuals who by the way receive NO support from the state because of coronavirus !!! THERE IS NO MONEY FOR ANY PERFORMANCE. FINISHED.

Not recommendable. Very unfriendly and on friendly notices that do not match, a house ban and contact ban will be issued immediately. Hands off!
