Maybe the doctors are good, I can't judge that because I haven't been able to reach anyone for 2 hours due to the catastrophic telephone situation. Since the MFA's are probably maximally incompetent, the doctors should consider changing this. For MFAs, when the phone rings, answer it and don't always open the phone, that's stupid for the patient.

Kind of a shame that I have to join most of the previous speakers when it comes to the telephone connection to this practice. What is not very understandable for me: 1. If a patient has symptoms of a cold, he should generally call a practice in advance. My question: a) How should someone call you when someone is pushed away? b) How is a telephone conversation supposed to come about if both keys 1 and 2 (infection clinic and prescription request) do not work. I can only judge the availability here, it is usually not possible to get any further, I am surprised that some of them made it to the doctors / MFA's. I will of course adapt the review if you can even reach someone in this practice to discuss how to proceed. As long as one star is too much in my opinion.
