A wonderful doctor's office, nice medical assistants and very competent. Even with a cold, you are taken seriously as a mother. Dr. Hannen helped us right away and made the correct diagnosis of stomach cramps, so that my son was helped straight away. Even with the vaccination my son has no problems and all questions are taken seriously and answered. I am super satisfied. 😊

So far, we've always received great help in practice. No matter which of the two doctors treated our child, everything was always taken seriously, explained and treated.

What a cheek ..... zero sensitivity and zero empathy and that was just the doctor's assistant! When my son comes home from school with a headache and dizziness! And I ask if there could be a time for a conversation with you and that with a very unfriendly tone, it is answered in the negative! They don't even ask if I want an appointment. Is it so unacceptable for me ...... But there are still doctors who disagree!
