I would like to give zero stars but unfortunately that is not possible. Why quite simply if you want to have a store where customer service is written large I would definitely go to any other store but never go back. I bought three parts of the two were not ok the first time the headphones did not work as they should I had to tell the shopkeeper what to do or have to take a new working headset with me. And the second time when I bought a bulletproof glass where there was a production error it was said that I can not do anything because I would have as a customer with the company Panzerglass contacted because of this sorry but bum from shopkeeper yes can not understand if that is now a production error is or if it was my fault and because I opened the packaging he could do nothing there so as you can see good customer service is different.
