Hani Nails

Absolute abysmal service. I went into the salon to ask if they do Acrylic nails. The manager said yes, and we made an appointment (this was all done through Google Translate as no English is spoken onsite which is absolutely fine, not a problem as long as you can communicate through the app). When I showed up for my appointment, I waited for 30 minutes. When a technician finially approached me, they asked if I had chosen a colour and pointed to the samples. Using my translater, I asked if they had coloured acrylic powder. The manager could not understand my using Google Translate and luckily an English speaker had just walked in. The manager asked her to translate to me that they did not do acrylic, only gel. What a complete and utter waste of my time.

My friend was there and wanted her fingernails The actual price was 28 euros and now they took 36 and new nails already cost 39 euros just crass rude that you don't even tell the customer how expensive it will be after the price change, not really friendly to the customers !!!! !

I am a new customer and here for a month and I have my next appointment tomorrow. After 4 weeks, my nails are not broken or miscellaneous. My nails are quite long and they are just outgrown, but that's normal. My nails still look great and I'm looking forward to the next visit. Super nail salon and I would give more than 5 stars, because it is great there!

I have had gel nails for about 13 years, was with some nail ladies in the time, with private or some "luxury" beauty studios! With no variant I was as satisfied as with Hani Nails! I've been here since May 2018 !!! mega
