I had to bury my aunt about a year ago. It was a wonderful experience I had with this funeral home. I was given excellent advice, Mr. Rückert took a lot of time, accompanied us and caught us and did a lot for us. On the morning, when I wanted to say goodbye to my aunt, my mother died too, so desolate I arrived at the funeral home. Ms. Höhling immediately asked me if I would like her to accompany me to the mourning room, she stayed with me for an hour, and we spent a wonderful short time together, listening to and comforting me, just being with me and doing it to turn that hardest hour into something very special. I will never forget this being together. Mr. Rückert was also very concerned about our welfare, he even gave us a drink because it was so warm when we went back. Also later I have heard from him again and again, where he very nicely inquired after my health. The funeral itself was very beautiful and very lovingly designed, I did not have to worry about anything. I can only recommend these companies and would very much like other people to feel the same way as me. In spite of everything, you can keep this day of the funeral of a loved one in good memory and find a positive conclusion, like me. Again a big thank you at this point.

With the burial institute Höhling we made the best experiences after the sudden death of my father. Especially the employee who supports us Mr. Rückert was a great support to us, and especially to my mother. Already the first appointment with the mutual getting-together was calm and sensitive. We had plenty of time to talk about the person who left us so unexpectedly. So Mr. Rückert could get a picture of how my father was during his lifetime. Quite in peace we could choose a coffin and an urn and were advised by Mr. Rückert very competent, but unobtrusive. Despite the sad circumstances, we left the institute after more than two hours with a good and reassuring feeling. But the care by Mr. Rückert did not end with this appointment. With advice and above all action, he helped my mother in the weeks thereafter helpfully. He took care of the necessary rewriting of existing contracts (insurance, lease, telephone, memberships, etc.), even registered the car, accompanied my mother when applying for the widow's pension and was also available for small and larger problems of everyday life. which she has to master as a suddenly single woman, helpful to the side. This is all the more important for us as "children" (daughter and son-in-law), when we are not on site but live 900 km away. We talk to my mother every day, but you can not do everything by phone and remotely. Due to the great support that my mother has received from the funeral institute Höhling and Mr. Rückert, she is able to cope with the great loss caused by the death of my father much better and to remain self-sufficient in her later years as long as possible. to live a true life in their usual environment. We are very grateful for that.
