2 fleece jackets ordered. 4 -5 days delivery time, according to the responsible employee. After 2 weeks I called and asked how long it would take. Employee statement: I don't know. After 4 weeks, I received a call that I could pick up my ordered products. The ladies and gentlemen thought nothing of a small discount. Quote "4 weeks is still nothing". I was happy and often a customer, but I have never experienced anything so insolent. Definitely never again!
