Very nice practice, competent doctors and nice staff. Points are deducted from the availability by phone, and I also think of the old patients. I tried to get through more than 100 times and in the end I noticed that the listeners were on the side, I could have used this time more meaningfully. Perhaps switch between an answering machine that the practice can only be reached again in the afternoon? Just an idea. Otherwise I am super satisfied.

Accessibility by phone is bad. A doctor who is not so nice and kind and has a strange demeanor. That's why I always make an appointment with others. Waiting time is "still" acceptable. Otherwise you feel well advised and you get real help.
