Well organized practice on the 2nd floor. Elevator and staircase available. Sufficient parking spaces available.

I am amazed at the tough opinions of individual patients. OK. I also had the hallway problem of waiting at the first appointment. But that is due to Corona. In my opinion, the helpers are not unfriendly, but professional. One gets appointments from you and is good. On the day of the preliminary talk, I didn't have to wait, and neither did the gastrointestinal colonoscopy. A very nice helper explained everything to me and answered my questions in a friendly manner. Dr. TETZLAFF himself is super nice, friendly and also funny. Can only recommend this practice. Was there for gastroscopy. Unfortunately, you really have to bring waiting time, but if you want to be helped, it's not that bad. And honestly, this is a practice and not a hospital. Keep it up to the whole team

Not recommendable. Makes a nir hope. The only thing you can do there are iron infusions

Find Dr. Tetzlaff simply top, competent and easy. He also has excellent employees with his team, hats off with the advent.
