Have talked past each other, do not feel understood. Bandage still doesn't fit properly after swapping. Unfortunately there was probably no one who knew about it when I was there.

Yesterday there was and it was apparently only one employee on site. This seemed already at the smallest question totally baffled and overwhelmed. If she did not look like 30 you might think that the apprentice is ahead of her. In the end, I could not be much help. If you could give zero stars then I would do it. So it will be an undeserved star!

Today I wanted to redeem my recipe for a bandage, but unfortunately nobody was there. The store had too. Although I was there at 14:30 clock? According to opening hours, the shop is open until 18 o'clock. Too bad, found o.t.n always very competent. Unfortunately I just had to look for another medical supply store.
