I will no longer buy from Rossmann in the future (all markets). Anyone who pulls out such an advertisement (with rapper Massiv) is no longer for me Wearable. Unfortunately had to give a star otherwise my review will not be posted.

I've been a customer of yours for a long time and I've always been satisfied. Today (07.06.2019 at about 7.45 p.m.) I was very (!) Annoyed. I went shopping and wanted to pay with my EC card, as I have often done before. The cashier did not greet me, she seemed quite annoyed and she did not accept my card because it was not signed. Incomprehensible! I can of course understand that she has to obey the rules, so I showed her my identity card. Despite her identity card, she rolled her eyes several times and swore in front of herself. After I confronted you with this (in a friendly tone) she became even more aggressive and literally yelled at me. I have never seen such behavior before. Don't forget that there were other customers in the store, including my acquaintance, who also did not consider your behavior appropriate. The behavior shocked me very much that you have the cheek to deal with customers that way. But will now pay attention and no longer enter the shop. I can get my purchases from your competition and fortunately I don't have to. Possibly. should your employee attend a seminar on dealing with customers, she may be able to help in order not to lose more customers.
