I call for help because my water heater is broken. Absolutely rude handling with potential customers and I will be blamed. Do not understand that he is active in the service industry. Refers to the fact that he is currently under construction and that I should call again next week and you could make an appointment. I've never seen anything like it in my life. :( absolutely down through

Very bad dealing with existing customers. It is pointed to a problem and a possible fix that gegoogle on the Internet. Is then said on the phone in a very unfriendly tone you should do it yourself but if you know the error. For me, the reaction is still the unfriendly kind comprehensible. Not to be recommended !!!! Thankfully, there are other FRIENDLY providers who like to earn the money
