Unacceptable dealings with customers.
I handed in a deposit there today for a proud 1.35 euros (!!) - for the first time without buying anything directly! - and was turned on several times stupidly from the side by the frustrated employee.

"You can also buy drinks here from us, not just hand them over"
Perhaps I'm not a regular customer there (so far more because of the location), but I've already bought crates of drinks from Fristo. I will definitely refrain from doing that in the future.
Such a tone is unacceptable between people and more than unprofessional when dealing with customers.
Only the service is rated here. This was catastrophic on Saturday afternoon. The only employee was overwhelmed with deposit and sale. Accordingly, he was in a bad mood, which he omitted from different customers. In addition, offers for the next week were already signposted at 5:00 p.m., but the normal price was calculated at the checkout. At least an exchange was possible.
