Volunteer Fire Department Rendsburg

im not even sure if they deserve one star at all. Im visiting from Canada. My brother in law is the fire chief of a fire department in Ontario Canada. When he found out that I was coming to Rendsburg he was quite excited and put together some items from his district for me to bring to Germany for the children to show them how our fire department runs. He also included some keychains etc. When my step daughter and I arrived at the station we were never more insulted. The person that came to greet us grabbed the items, said I will give this to the children and slammed the door in our face. Seriously! my step daughter(who is 10 years old) was speechless all she could say was they are mean. She also asked me if they were going to throw the items in the garbage. All I can say is that the fire department in our province would never treat people like that especially when there is a child involved. It will be a story to tell when I return back to Canada and the fire chief asks me how it went. M. Kanally Windsor, Ontario, Canada
