I've never judged a company before. I really thought about it ..... but this encounter was so underground and not only once, but also more often. So I've decided to give my review here for the first time in my life and hopefully for the last time. Carpets were bought. These should be adjusted and then linked. The carpets were cut. In addition, the carpets in my mobile home were glued 😡. The tied carpets were also glued in the bathroom and shower. A carpet was measured and laid so imprecisely that it is no longer possible to open or close my closet. In the first attempt, you even removed the table and laid the carpet and then put the table back on the carpet and then screwed it down. How should the carpet be taken out again for cleaning? There were an unnecessary number of appointments and therefore time and kilometers. In addition, all working hours were billed, including those from gluing. Then they met me with 50 euros and not a word of apology. The company wasn't interested in making amends at all, just getting their money. So ..... Résumé: A floor in the motorhome that is full of adhesive residue. A carpet that is cut in the living area and does not look good. A door that cannot be closed or opened. Then the employee who was uncomfortable with all of this and who confirmed the errors was withdrawn and a rather unfriendly employee called me. Not a word of apology. I was offered two options. A really ridiculous offer. Pay a little less money. Or all of the work all over again. For me, this offer was not an offer, just cheeky in this form. Then there was an offer on my part or a reference to our lawyers. I'm not used to this kind of communication and here the customer is everything, just not king. Underground.
