The advice and selection in the branch is absolutely worth 5 stars! I got several mattresses from a very nice and courteous employee that met my needs. And finally ordered a very nice and high quality mattress, which was delivered after about a week. Would buy a mattress there again and again!

The stationary shop in the city is really good, the seller is very competent. But the online shop or the associated hotline # $%! I placed an order five weeks ago (online, as it is not in stock in the store) - the order confirmation says (analogously) "We deliver when it suits us." | Three weeks ago I asked for the first time, it said "Goods are there and are out today, delivery time up to a week | Three days ago, on Thursday, I called again "... by Monday at the latest we need the mattresses, has the supplier lost his way? ..." Answer "... no stock ... delivery time approx. Six weeks .. . "| Canceled and have a mattress custom-made by a specialist for almost the same money. | Next time we'll go straight to a specialist!

Very friendly staff and very good advice

Impossible, incredibly bad! Bought a mattress and paid with the information that it should be delivered in 9 to 14 days, because they do not have one on site. Ok not a thing after 3 weeks then called, yes no, it won't work so quickly because you have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for it, what? On a mattress? Well running, let's wait again, after all it's paid. Today almost 10 weeks later no mattress and on request to get the money back there was a yes, but that was 1 week ago now and I don't think it will be quick. I am very disappointed. You can talk about everything, just report it, describe your position and then take care of it. But nothing. If you are looking for competence, you are looking in vain!
