I felt in good hands there, everyone was very nice, took away the fear of the operation and looked after the patients very well and quickly! I can only recommend the clinic. :)

Mrs. Pernot is very unfriendly. The ward is freezing and the dispensing of medication is chaotic and not always well thought out.

There was little clarification about what should happen at home after the op, except for sparing and light food. What has to happen in the event of secondary bleeding, etc. Stay 2 nights and the next morning you are simply thrown out after the doctor's talk, whereas in other clinics you stay for a week regarding secondary bleeding. After several announcements that after 5 days you are in such pain that you really can't eat or drink at all, they just have to get through. After the 3rd appointment with tears in my eyes there was at least something new. Conclusion .. never there again. They have relatively nice staff or nurses, but after 1 day they get quite rude even though they say "if you need something they ring the bell", and then you can get your water yourself. The equipment is also chic, no question about it. But when it comes to an op .. no thanks. And the technical competence also leaves a lot to be desired.
