I can't understand the many bad reviews. Unfortunately, I had to go to the emergency room twice and can only say good things about it. It may be that I was very lucky, because every time, after a relatively short wait, I was treated in a friendly and competent manner. Wherever the staff did not know what to do next, they called specialists and asked for advice. Both the emergency department and the initial practice were helpful with advice and action. I certainly don't need to mention that one or the other inconvenience has to be accepted in Corona times.

The worst KH I've ever been to! I was driven there by ambulance and was asked to sit down for a moment. No problem is normal. In the emergency room one can assume that there may be longer waiting times. But write me 6! I think it's bold to have people wait there for hours. The nurses and doctors picked up the ordered food for a long time, but nobody looked at them. After 6 hours I went to another KH in Kiel where I was through after 1.5 hours. Thank you very much but never again! Unfortunately not to be recommended. Friends of mine had the same experience. The 1 star goes to the security, who was very friendly.

Staff is very friendly on neurology. However, one test was forgotten, which is why I had to stay an extra day. Subsequent treatments were not explained, processes were not described and important information was forgotten to be mentioned. I don't really get the impression that the staff cares about you, they don't even know who I am and what should be done. Food is good, so is cleanliness. Still would not recommend visiting here
