Long wait for nothing ... Have ordered partner rings in mid-December (silver / gold so common materials, only an adjustment in size should take place), these should then be ready in mid-January, the request was postponed to mid-February due to multiple requests from us. Waited again, then reported again on our part and again only been comforted ... One could have reported from the business side, after all they want to make a profit ?! But customer service has become a scarce commodity, in the time when you are on the phone you may prefer to get upset about the online competition, but that is only guesswork on my part. Been there today (24.2) and addressed the problem, the employee answered very clumsily and apparently noticed the displeasure, then referred to the "junior boss", who answered even clumsier and apparently is not allowed to make any decisions because we wanted to withdraw from the purchase contract , she could not promise this to us ... Whether ignorance or job misses remains uncertain. We will definitely not go shopping there again!
