Who or what (machine) gave a 5-star recession to a debt collection agency? With a main claim in the amount of 23, xx euros to make a total claim of 107, XX euros ... 1.30 business fee for a claim that was bought completely ready by the company (23, xx euros) and also specifies this as a claim . For me a questionable business behavior! A business fee is a must - no question - but 1.30 for a letter of a main claim of 23, xx euros ... The best thing I find is the postage and telecommunications fee of over 11 euros, so that everyone pays off even more, that the next time the 20 euros as a flat rate, this is not legally contestable.
