ATTENTION!!! We were called in advance a price of about 900 € and told the price regardless of whether only the house or the garage with is measured. So we waited until the garage was finished. On the day of the survey, everything was OK to Hr. Tölg on the following Monday called and wanted to know the amount of fire insurance on the phone. Of course, I did not have this in mind, which I said but he said I should just give a value. When the bill came we knew why we should appreciate it. This is pending on the amount of fire insurance and the sum we mentioned was much too high which was considered set. Any attempt on our part to call a realistic sum insured was no longer accepted or it was supposedly too little evidence. What we also knew was his merit so much higher without having done more. Ultimately had to pay about 1600 €. We can only advise everyone to place an order here, there are plenty of other reputable surveying offices.
