Hof Gayenberg

We stayed at Hof Gayenberg for a week and it's great. The owners are incredibly nice and child-friendly. There is a playground, sand toys and we were allowed to feed the sheep. The farm cats are also very hospitable and come by to cuddle at every opportunity. Not in the room of course :-) The apartment is nice, bright and clean and has everything you need. I can only recommend everyone to take a vacation here!

We had a wonderful 3 days. Everything is there what you want. The Arp family is very friendly and reads your wishes in your eyes. Everything looks harmonious and it is very quiet to relax. We will miss our 2 kittens very much, who made our days sweeter and we loved them. My princess. I can recommend it without hesitation.

So so beautiful yard! We had a great break. In a secluded location and yet everything can be reached in a short time. Dear landlord (thank you for the tip "Haby Krog" - it was delicious!), A super clean apartment and everything you need is there. You can tell the attention to detail. We'll be back for sure!

Great apartment, with everything you need. Beds were super comfortable and it was wonderfully quiet in the evening. The Arp family is super friendly; we received a very warm welcome! We will be back definitely!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Arp family again. We had originally booked in spring and wanted to go to Schleswig Holstein for Easter. Then 2020 struck fully and the joy was over. Ms. Arp then made us the proposal to visit you within one year, which we gratefully accepted. Summer passed and my daughter's first school vacation was approaching. At this point in time the number of sick people was still good and so we decided to spend the autumn holidays at the sea. The date was getting closer and Düsseldorf became a risk area, with the corresponding effects. I sweated snot and water, but Ms. Arp calmed us down and so we decided to give it a try. With success! So we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Arp and our Lüdde (is that how you write it?) Was immediately enthusiastic about the possibilities. So often I have the sentence: "May I go out?" never heard of her. The farm itself is a bit outside of Bünsdorf, but the proximity to the motorway means that you can be in Hamburg in no time or the way to Hansa Park or the North Sea is quickly done. The apartment is in an old barn (or was it maybe once a stable?) And is modern. The three of us had more than enough space and four adults shouldn't have any problems either. In the twilight we could even see deer in the vicinity. We had a wonderful week at Hof Gayenberg and would love to come back!
